& How to Support Us.
SUPPORT OUR WORK
Just as in the Baroque period, artistic endeavour today still depends upon the generosity of private donors and patrons. Many of Hof-Musici’s projects, too, can only be realised with their support. It is therefore to you that we turn.
Hof-Musici has long been engaged in locating and studying unpublished sources, preparing performing materials, and bringing to performance works of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries that have remained outside the modern repertoire.
You may support either a particular project or the ensemble’s work over the longer term — whether research, concert and opera productions, or the portable Baroque theatre currently under construction, designed for the performance of opera in historic spaces (Teatro Mobile di San Cristoforo).
We would be delighted to present our forthcoming projects to you in person.
Above all, we offer our patrons the opportunity to come closer to the work they support: invitations to our concerts and opera productions, meetings with members of the ensemble, or — where the nature of a particular project permits — a glimpse behind the scenes and into its preparation. In the case of a corporate partnership, appropriate recognition of the partner may also be agreed.
